CityRail staff are provided to make sure your journey is safe, comfortable and
enjoyable.
CityRail staff will:
- be safety conscious at all times
- make appropriate announcements at stations and on trains
- tell you about delays or alterations to services
- wear a clean and full uniform when on duty at stations or on trains
- be knowledgable, courteous and helpful.
